An added Kapco customer advantage is our in-house tool and die facility, with the ability to meet diverse product development requirements and reduce production downtime. We have a full-time engineer who maintains and keeps all dies in top working order. A team of journeymen, apprentices, machinists and designers provide the experience and quality you can depend on. Design support services from Solid Works, SurfCAM, EDM, and three CNC Machining Centers enable Kapco to build dies from your specs. Our computer system tracks all tool and die information, including all die maintenance history. When it's production time, be assured that the tooling will be complete.
