Cinco de Mayo
When this widely celebrated Mexican holiday rolled around, Kapco employees - both shifts at both plants - were surprised to find themselves served authentic Mexican cuisine (catered by a restaurant recommended by none other than our very own Hispanic employees). Maps of Mexico and Central America were on display so those same employees could proudly mark the country where their families were originally from.
